Ive been taking vitamin b5 100mg and my lab results came back high b5 levels why? i thought b5 was water soluble? why did it come back so high levels

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it might have helped had you provided the results.

Vit b5: You're taking well over the recommended daily dose which is 5mgs. High doses appear to be well tolerated .Vit b5 deficiency is considered to be rare and I'm not sure it's worth taking.
