Infection?: Colored (e.g. yellow) vaginal discharge usually means infection. Speak to your doctor: exactly what infection tests were done? STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas? (At your age, these are the most common causes.) Don't let this go: insist on further evaluation. If you think there is STD risk (e.g. you or partner have had other partners), your current sex partner also should be tested.
