Lysteda: Tranexamic acid works by inhibiting your bodies plasmin. Common adverse effects are diarrhea, hypotenison (mainly when given IV), nausea/vomiting and visual abnormalities. I am unaware of "eye twitiching" as a sign of side effect. At least I can not find this on a peer reviewed source.
