OTC medications: avaialble: Monistat 4, Terzole 3, in either cream or vaginal suppositories- generic OTC versions are generally available as miconazole ( Monistat) or Terconazole ( Terazole ). Older home cures are disposable vinegar and water douching or get an Rx from your PCP for Diflucan-150mg ( fluconazole) as a single tablet dose.
