Many ways!: Eating is important and a normal thing to do when you are hungary. If you are trying to eat less, then there are some 'fillers' to use which have low or no calories.You can drink extra water which will help some. Add a fruit or raw veggies(like carrots or tomattoes etc) which have little/no calories. But most importantly you should add some healthy food to the above, in ord to accomplish your goal.
