Period dates varying: Periods are almost always 14 day after documented ovulation. Ovulation may be delayed by stress (emotional, job/school related, etc.) which will make your period occur later than usual, and the variation may therefore occur. Low dose oral bcp's can "regulate" your cycles, so talk to your gyn physician.
