YES: Metronidazole is among the many drugs reported to cause QT prolongation in at least some people. See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21733783 There are likely other antibiotics that can be used that do not carry that risk though many others, such as Cipro and Levaquin are even more likely to cause this problem.
