Need a diagnosis : Lower back pain with loss (reversal; flattening) of the normal anatomic lordotic curvature of the lumbar spine is commonly do to muscular spasm, which may be from a sprain or a deeper cause. Loss of lordosis may be do to other related conditions & may or may not be related to the back pain. See a spine doc to get the proper diagnosis & treatment as life is too short to live in pain.
