A member asked:

If i take my birth control pill at 9:30pm but i want to move it to 3:00 pm how would i do that?

Move gradually: Move it up by an ~hour every day until you get to the point you want it. The pill works primarily by keeping a constant level of hormone in your blood. This prevents egg release & changes the mucus in the womb. If you skip a day or more the level drops & an egg may release. Gradual changes in your dose time will not cause a problem. It might work just moving it up to 3 but gradual is usually best
