Not likely: The likelihood of “pinched nerves” in the thoracic spine or the intercostal nerves is extremely remote. The chest is not like the neck or low back. In order for nerves to be “pinched,” something has to “pinch” them. The anatomy of the thorax makes this unlikely unless significant pathology is present. For an actual diagnosis rather than guesswork, see your doctor.
