Cramping stomach and gaseous. breastfeeding! what medicine can i get?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gas: Drinking hot(not boiling) water and taking simethicone after meals can reduce intestinal gas entrapment. Applying heat to the abdomen helps break down gas and enables passage through the intestinal tract and out the rectum. Don't force yourself to belch as this only causes swallowing more air. Of course, avoid gassy foods and soda.
