Fever unknown origin: Fever of unknown origin (FUO) often is serious chronic infections (e.g. TB and similar), immune deficiency (e.g. HIV/AIDS if at risk), cancer, auto-immune diseases, and many more. Too many causes to guess in any one case. But it's not FUO if you don't actually have measured temperature elevations (over 100F, usually 101F or higher). Take temp 3-4 times a day for at least 1-2 weeks then see doctor

Need ID w/up: When does a bloated tummy becomes worrisome? If the problem is persistent, first rule out any dietary causes. This is easily managed by removing the offending food item from your diet. Some of the worst culprits for bloating are: beans, onions, watermelon, artificial sweeteners and yogurt. Fever and chills present with bloating , one should r/o Inflamatory or infectious conditions ruled out!!
