A member asked:

I have a 6 day old baby sruggling with wind and pain and we've been giving telement drops and gripe water. i'm concerned it might be something else as baby only had one pee nappy yesterday, nothing else. it's a stricly breast fed baby?

Worrisome: An infant should wet no less than every 6-8 hrs or they are becoming dehydrated. Either you are missing some wets or baby is dry. Have it seen.
