Not from the pimples: Kisses will expose you to any bacteria or virus contained in the saliva. This includes things like hepatitis, mono, etc. .Pimples are triggered by invasion of the oil glands by common skin bacteria present on most humans skin. I would not lose sleep over the exposure.
