Estrogen dominance ?: An IUD of any type does not affect the hormone levels produced by your ovaries, and if your "large heavy breasts" already exist, no changes can be expected in the estrogen stimulation giving rise to this. Low dose oral contraceptives as now constituted will provide a much lower level of estrogen, stop ovarian production of estrogen, and alleviate your breast symptoms.
