Is face shaving with twinkle eyebrow/face shavers good to use on sensitive skin? how should it be done (clean face, no product, exfoliation, etc)?

Not necessarily: Unfortunately There is no effective way to cure sensitive skin issue but there are ways decrease the irritation. Pick a razor or an electric shaver that cuts the hair above the skin level, use warm towel over the area prior to shaving, and try to keep the skin moist.
