Sleep habits: Establish consistent sleep habits (“sleep hygiene"). These may include: going to bed & rising at the same time daily, leaving the bedroom & performing a relaxing activity until your feeling tired if unable to sleep, engaging in regular exercise to expend energy (but not within 4 hrs of bedtime), avoiding caffeine 6 hrs before bed, and trying to avoid naps (keep them short if they’re necessary).
