Sunlight: Sunlight is extremely important. It allows the skin to produce vitamin D. First, please get your agoraphobia treated by a clinical psychologist who specializes in that. Additionally, start by sitting by a window w/minimal clothing on regularly. I won't specify amount/dose because this is not diagnosis or treatment. You need lab values to measure your D3 level.
