HIV: Do not worry. Highly unlikely risk To transmit HIV need an HIV positive individual -is your BF HIV positive? and need blood to blood or body fluid to body fluid transmission. Skin is a good barrier if not broken/sores/cuts. The fever cold is likely just a cold or flu which is a lot easier to transmit
