No: You need to see your doctor who may refer you to an allergist/ENT doctor, you may very well have developed sinusitis and may need prescription medications, meanwhile, saline nasal washes and OTC steroid nasal spray would help, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration, good luck

Yes: Over-the-counter products include phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine, although they will raise your blood pressure if you take them orally (they’re available in nasal spray form too, which you may use for up to 3 days), so avoid them if your blood pressure isn’t controlled. Other options include using a saline nasal spray to clear out the nose, humidifiers or applying a warm wet cloth over the face.
