My stomach is cramping like really bad. it almost feel like my bum is swollen. sometimes the is small drops of diarrhea. when i drink stuff to stop the diarrhea i'm left with a cramping tummy and swollen bum.

Exam advisable: The combination of severe abdominal cramping and rectal discomfort or pressure may be due to fecal impaction. In this case a small amount of liquid feces leaks around the impacted stool stuck in the rectum. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room for prompt examination as the severe cramping could indicate almost complete intestinal obstruction
