Hydrocortizone: Usually an over the counter hydrocortizone cream can be applied 1-2X/day to soothe/calm down the irritation of such a process. Given the vague description not much more can be offered. Skin issues usually require a visual exam for proper assessment. If this does not help ot it worsens have it evaluated.
