Define hot ?: These pills are subject to degradation if left exposed to extreme heat, as would happen in a parked car during the summer (140F). It would be less likely in a common warm home 75-90F but might if higher/longer. They are meant to be stored in an air conditioned environment away from moisture. It is all relative.
