I have acute torticollis whis this feels nothing like that and when head in upright postion it is immediately pulled backwards?

Neck imaging: Images of the neck may provide additional information. Sometimes a congenital malformation may enlarge and present during adulthood. The area may also reflect infection or a lesion. I would recommend seeing your PCP and they may do additional testing.
