Getting late to ask: The erect penis is secreting sperm containing semen continuously during sex. Any spillage contains enough sperm to establish a pregnancy. The pull out method is not birth control, just wishful thinking. The morning after pills are most effective if taken within 48-72 hrs of exposure although some may be effective as far out as 5 days.

Depends on couple: A morning-after pill taken one day after sex is very effective in preventing pregnancy. It is about 95% effective, which means: if 100 women take the pill the day after normal sex, about 5 women get pregnant, and 95 will not get pregnant from that sex. Six days out is too late; 2 days is still in range. If having that rare baby will cause a life-threatening change in life, can consider a pill.
