Arrange a visit: You need to meet with either a primary care doc or OBGYN with experience in this area. After a review of your family and personal medical history and an exam, they can provide you with choices on what they recommend. If you are not sexually active a pelvic exam would not always be needed, but a personal review is needed for any such meds.
