You should not take: anything right now as these symptoms, including jaundice or hyperbilirubinemia, could be part of hepatitis and taking over the counter products that have acetaminophen will hurt your liver even more. Ibuprofen may be okay if your kidneys are okay, but you don't know that until you are seen and examined by a healthcare provider. Thanks for using HealthTap.
