Unprotected sex: There is no guarantee that you will not get HIV (or any other STD for that matter) as the condom having broken no longer provided a barrier to infection. If concerned, consider getting an HIV test in 4 weeks and three months. More importantly, if you don't trust the person, don't sleep with them.
