i had sex thursday and i get pain, saturday i saw a tear, and i have increased discharge. there is no odor. how would i know if it were herpes instead?

Herpes ?: Herpes I or II is very communicable, but pain from exposure less than two days will not produce a herpes ulcer that quickly. It is more likely that the pain is from a tear in the vaginal area, however, herpes ulcers can occur in a few days if communicated.
