Pain Meds: That is a question for your physician. Generally cesarean patients are discharged with an NSAID (Ibuprofen, etc) and a narcotic. The narcotic need only be used for the first 5-7 days after a cesarean so refills usually aren’t given for that. Discuss with your delivering Obstetrician.
