Exam needed: These could be insect bites( like bed bugs), allergic reaction or other dermatological disorder. A physician or dermatologist would have to inspect these spots in order to make a diagnosis and advise you. In the meantime apply a cortisone type ointment that your pharmacist can advise until you're examined.
