Hi i have been for a blood test and my gfr was 75 and the dr notes said pregnancy or kidney infection i have done three pregnancy tests all being negative i am not sure what to do?

"GFR of 75" ?: The glomerular filtration rate fo 75 is low normal, and may reflect dehydration at age 28. Early pregnancy will not generally alone reduce one's "GFR". See your physician for clarification of his/her treatment plan.
