I have pain on forearm and noticed that i have a good size lump on my left forearm. i am a heroin addict but i have never shot up on forearm before.

Requires exam: and direct observation and/or photodocumentstion. If you have EVER shot up heroin, you have compromised your immine syste,. I suggest examination and blood testing to rule out infection, or abscess formation. Maybe it;s time to close your computer and get a professional exam and workup.
