Swollen ear : You first need to know what is wrong. This is often from infections after ear piercing, which requires antibiotics. It can be from also trauma (boxing, wrestling) and less common system autoimmune conditions that cause this. Since you don't mention the reason why you think it happened, I wonder if it is autoimmune. You should see a doctor in person. If it is autoimmune you need a rheumatologist.
