No: The symptoms of pregnancy originate from the hormones produced by the new embryo/fetal mass of cells which has attached to the lining of the womb. It takes a few days for conception to happen, a few more for that conception to reach the womb & another week or more before hormones are made in enough quantity to affect anything. Given your data this is not pregnancy related.
