Pregnancy?: The "going straight to the next pack skipping placebos" may not be the problem: if in one of the previous months, you were "late" starting the active pills, ovulation and pregnancy may have occurred, and at that point, it would not matter how you took the subsequent months of bcp's, b/c pregnancy might have already occurred. Get a HCG test. Nausea can be for other reasons, too.
