Pregnant ?'s: Diarrhea can occur at any time, pregnant or not, and may be related to dietary causes or bacterial exposure. Back pain at "33w" of pregnancy may be caused by the fetus pressing on lower back, but is a common finding in third trimester pregnancy. If diarrhea persists, call your OB for medication or an exam and stool culture.
