If nutritionally...: If a person is nutritionally in GOOD shape, without any major disease nor illness, then hair will grow at the same rate with or without special foods or vitamin supplements. The usual multivitamin supplements that many people buy over-the-counter do not change a person's hair. There is no special food or pill to grow hair better, although there are people selling products claiming to do that.
