I was on the 2 months birth control and i was supposed to go on my shot on the 20thoctober 2018 but i stopped during this id go for 14 days on my periods i was spotting.after 1 month of stoping went back to 7days but id on my periods twice a month.

Birth control ?: This kind of bleeding can occur after expired depo shots, but if more certain birth control is desired, which will also make your "periods" lighter and regular, ask your GYN about low dose oral bcps.
