Period frequency ?: Periods at intervals described can be entirely normal, as variations of 3-10 days may be caused by delays in ovulation (stress related). If these lengths are anxiety producing, ask a gyn about low dose oral contraceptives, which will make "periods" more regular with less concern about pregnancy.
