Yeast infection: Antibiotics can result in overgrowth of natural yeasts and other fungi, causing local infection in several areas. Genital is one of the most commonly affected areas. Once off antibiotic treatment, usually these things clear up on their own. Or try an over-the-counter anti-yeast cream like clotrimazole (ask pharmacist). It it persists, see the doctor/clinic who prescribed the antibiotic.
