Not quite conclusive: If a heterosexual relationship and partner not known to have HIV, you are at very low risk. But it's wise to be tested after an uncertain exposure -- better safe than sorry! The 4th gen HIV tests are conclusive after 6 weeks. Your negative result is reassuring, but you'll need another 6 weeks after last exposure. Also have urine or swab testing for gonorrhea/chlamydia and syphilis blood test.
