Probably OK: This is meaningless if the other electrolyte nunbers (Na, Cl, HCO3) and kidney function (BUN, creatinine) are normal. Don't worry about it. If others are abnormal, check with your doctor. Even then, probably nothing serious if they're pretty near normal, as you gap is now.
