I have been having catarrh for the past 6 months. pls what can i do because im really worried ?

Nasal catarrh: If its chronic nasal discharge that is watery it may be due to reflex,nonallergic vasomotor rhinitis or it could be allergies to something in your environment. If the discharge is thick,yellow or green, sinus infection is possible. I assume you don't smoke. Consult an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and treatment.
