More info needed: Discomfort there can be from gastritis, gas entrapment in the stomach or splenic flexure of the colon, or pancreatic pathology. A physician would have to take a thorough history and system review, perform an examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis. If symptoms persist, see your physician for evaluation.
