Low risk, not zero: Contrary to common belief, pregnancy risk from pre-ejaculate fluid (pre-cum) is very low. Without ejaculation of semen into the vagina, conception is very unlikely. Not zero risk, but the chance of pregnancy from any single event like this is very low. However, you shouldn't be relying only on condoms anyway; most women who do so eventually get pregnant. Please get onto proper contraception.

Emergency contracept: If you are within 72 hours of the incident, you may take morning after/plan B pill to reduce the already low risk to near zero.
