I have cmt & when i try to do anything like for example i have issues lighting a lighter my hands shake kinda bad or i cant write neat handwriting. anything i can do to help relax my hands to help the shaking stop?

Tremor: CMT disease affects the hands quite late in its course. I'm not sure whether your severe intention tremor is due to CMT disease as most physicians have little experience with it. Medications like beta blockers and primadone are used for intention tremor but I defer to a neurologist as to whether they're helpful in CMT disease. I assume you have a neurologist you could ask about this.
