Back bone pain what can i do?

Depends: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take acetaminophen for pain, not more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If the symptoms persist beyond three weeks, or get worse, see a doctor for an evaluation.

Back pain : I have seen thousands of people with spinal pain. I can't tell you how important an in-person examination is needed to help you.
