HCG "trigger" ?: HCG is the hormone detected by a "home pregnancy test", so the HCG "trigger" might cause the test to be a false positive. Wait until four weeks from your HCG "trigger", and if no bleeding occurs, get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
