It happens: Infants can randomly wet small amounts for no particular reason. It is one of the reason modern super absorbent diapers are such a good product. It might suggest some irritation at the pee hole (soap effect), but I don't worry about it. If a kid is soaking through diapers frequently I do want to investigate, but not so much for 10 mo leakers.
